About Me

I am a postdoctoral fellow in biomedical research navigating my way through science (i.e the cornea) until I find my true calling. In the meantime, I'll be sharing all that I love about makeup and the things that bring me joy. Eventually, I would love to work in Research and Development at a major cosmetics company such as LVMH, Estee Lauder, L’OREAL or Chanel. This is the primary reason I chose to do my fellowship training in the vision field. I'm interesested in how products designed for the eye i.e contact lens, mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, eye creams/serums etc. affect the biology of the cornea and how this is disrupted during cosmetic related irritation, infection and/or injury.
