Well the new year is already @ day 3, what the hell. I have not done anything yet but shop. I should go to lab today and get some stuff done I want to have a thesis committee meeting in March, they know I have done enough to graduate, the only one not down with the program is my PI. Then hopefull they'll say I can defend in Dec, that's what I want for 2009.JCPenny has the best new year/ post-christmas sale of any store up to 70% off. I got 3 handbags for $15 each with a savings of over a $170, now that's a steal. I didn't do any shopping this season, except for a few things I picked up in SF, I didn't buy anything for anyone so I spent money only on myself. Is that selfish? I don't think so, I didn't get anything.For 2009 I want: (1) to defend and get a job (2) to embrace my 30th birthday and (3) be cancer free....oh and of course world peace.

ReplyDeleteGreat goals for 2009, especially the "embracing your 30th b-day" thing. I started my blog when I was 30 (duh) and it has been SUCH a blast! I hope you find something that you love as much and that you have lots of fun with it in celebration of being 30. :)
